Mercury dips in Kashmir; NH remains shut   
SRINAGAR, Jan 17: Night temperature across Kashmir division went down with most places in the Valley receiving fresh snowfall overnight, while the Srinagar-Jammu national highway remained closed for vehicular traffic for the second consecutive day today. "Srinagar-Jammu national highway is still closed and no fresh traffic has been allowed today," an official of the Traffic Department said. CM launches JK Bank's Mobile Bank, AEPS     
Jammu, Jan 17: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today launched the Mobile Bank and AEPS (Adhaar Enabled Payment System) of the Jammu and Kashmir Bank here.
